Avira-Uninstall

Avira-Uninstall is a helper component of Avira antivirus, not a separately updatable application. To ensure it works properly on Apple Silicon, you need to update the main Avira antivirus application to its latest version, which will include a native Apple Silicon build of all bundled components including this uninstaller. Check Avira's website or open the main Avira antivirus app and look for an update option. If you are planning to uninstall Avira, simply run the uninstaller that comes with your current Avira installation — the helper will work fine under Rosetta 2 today. However, if you need this uninstaller to work on a Mac running macOS 28 or later (coming in September 2028), you should ensure Avira itself has been updated to a native build before that deadline, as Intel-only components will no longer function.
