Uninstall Citrix NetScaler Gateway

This is a helper component of Citrix NetScaler Gateway, not a standalone app. It is not updated or managed separately — the uninstaller's compatibility depends on the parent NetScaler Gateway client application itself. If you have NetScaler Gateway installed and need to remove it cleanly, use the standard macOS application removal process (drag the app to Trash or use an uninstaller if one appears in the Applications folder), which will invoke the uninstall helper automatically. If NetScaler Gateway is already uninstalled from your system, this component is inert and can be safely disregarded. To confirm your primary NetScaler Gateway client has a native Apple Silicon build for long-term support, contact your organisation's IT department or visit Citrix's support site — as of mid-2026, Citrix has begun releasing native Apple Silicon builds of their client software, but availability and timelines depend on your organisation's licensing and IT policies. Since Rosetta 2 will be removed in macOS 28 (September 2028), it is worth checking with your IT team whether a modern native build is available to you if you rely on NetScaler Gateway for work.
