Bluebeam discontinued the native macOS version of Revu in 2023 and has no plans to ship a native Apple Silicon build. The Intel-only build you have will stop launching entirely when Apple removes Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028). You have two practical paths forward. First, you can run the Windows version of Revu inside a virtual machine on your Apple Silicon Mac using Parallels Desktop Pro and Windows 11 ARM — as of Revu version 21.6, Bluebeam officially supports this setup with good performance, though it requires maintaining a separate Windows instance and uses substantial system resources. Second, you can switch to Bluebeam Cloud, the company's browser-based alternative, which handles core collaboration and markup workflows through any modern web browser on your Mac, though it lacks some advanced features like detailed takeoffs and batch processing. If neither option suits your workflow, the closest native Mac alternative is PDFBilt — a cloud-based tool purpose-built for construction PDF tasks like splitting plan sets, slipsheeting, and markup — or Drawboard PDF, which offers a native Mac desktop app with strong annotation and collaboration features, though neither perfectly mirrors Revu's full feature set. The virtualization route gives you the most complete feature parity with Windows users on your team; the cloud and alternative-app routes are simpler but require workflow adjustments.
