Fantom

Fantom is a framework component that ships as part of Native Instruments products — it is not independently updatable. To update Fantom to a native Apple Silicon build, you need to update the Native Instruments host application or product that uses it. The correct path is to use Native Instruments' Native Access application, which is their official update and license-management tool. Open Native Access, log in with your Native Instruments account, and check for updates to whichever NI products you have installed (such as Komplete, Maschine, Traktor, or individual plugins). Native Access will download and install native Apple Silicon builds of NI products and their embedded frameworks, including Fantom, automatically. If you do not have Native Access installed, download it from native-instruments.com — it is free and required for managing all NI software on modern macOS. This will ensure that Fantom and all associated NI components are updated to native builds before Apple removes Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028).
