UniChooser

UniChooser is a framework component that ships as part of Red Giant's plugin suite, not a standalone application. To ensure you have the latest version with native Apple Silicon support, update the parent Red Giant product through Red Giant's official installer or update mechanism. Red Giant's main plugins (including Effects, Trapcode Suite, and Particular) have shipped native Apple Silicon builds since 2021–2022. Launch your Red Giant application or use Red Giant's update utility (if available from your installation) to pull the latest build. If you installed Red Giant plugins via an older standalone installer, download the current version from Red Giant's website to get a fresh native build that includes updated framework components like UniChooser. Confirm that your host application (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop) is also running on a current native Apple Silicon build — plugin frameworks perform best when both the plugin and the host are native.
