com.transcend.JDGHelpers

JDGHelpers is a system daemon that ships as part of Transcend Drive Utilities, not a standalone app. There is nothing to update separately — updating the parent Transcend Drive Utilities application is what will bring any architectural changes, including Apple Silicon support. If you are running Transcend Drive Utilities and notice it or its helper is showing as Intel-only, visit Transcend's official support site and download the latest version of Drive Utilities for your Mac. The installer will replace all bundled components, including JDGHelpers, with the current builds. Ensure you are running a recent copy of macOS while you do this — Apple is removing Rosetta 2 support in macOS 28 (September 2028), so the host app and all its helpers will need to be updated to native Apple Silicon builds before that deadline if you plan to use them on future macOS releases.
