Verizon In-Home Agent

We could not find public information about whether Verizon has released a native Apple Silicon build of In-Home Agent. Given that Verizon is a large telecommunications vendor with resources to maintain modern software, it is worth checking directly with Verizon support — either through their website, your account portal, or by calling customer service — to ask whether a native build is available or planned before macOS 28 removes Rosetta 2 support in September 2028. If Verizon confirms there is no native version and none is planned, you will need to migrate away from this tool before that deadline, as an Intel-only build will stop launching on macOS 28 and later. In the meantime, the Intel build continues to work under Rosetta 2, but starting the clock now on a contingency plan is prudent given the time-sensitive nature of the September 2028 deadline.
