Droplet is a tool within Adobe Photoshop that creates automated droplets—lightweight executable files that apply saved Photoshop actions to images or other files without requiring the full Photoshop interface. Photographers, designers, and batch processors use droplets to automate repetitive image processing tasks such as resizing, color correction, watermarking, or format conversion across large numbers of files. A droplet accepts dragged-and-dropped files, processes them through a predefined action sequence, and outputs the results.
