PulseView
PulseView is a graphical user interface for the sigrok logic analyzer software suite, used by engineers, hobbyists, and students to capture and analyze digital signals from compatible logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and mixed-signal oscilloscopes (MSOs). It allows users to view waveforms, decode protocols, and troubleshoot digital circuits. The app is open-source (GPL v3) and cross-platform, making it popular in educational settings and embedded systems development.

1 suggestionPulseView is an actively maintained open-source project, but native Apple Silicon support has not yet been released. The sigrok project maintains PulseView on GitHub and continues to receive updates. Since this is a free, community-driven project, native ARM64 support may take longer than commercial apps. You have two options: (1) Continue using the Intel version under Rosetta 2 for now, which typically works well for this type of tool, or (2) Watch the GitHub releases page for a native macOS/Apple Silicon build. In the meantime, you could also consider using sigrok-cli (the command-line version) if available for your hardware, as it may have better native support. Check back on the sigrok downloads page periodically for updates.
