Topaz Simplify 4

Topaz Simplify 4 is a plugin for Adobe Photoshop and similar host applications, so it is not independently downloadable or updateable. The plugin's compatibility with your system depends entirely on whether your host application (Photoshop, Lightroom, or other supported editor) is running as a native Apple Silicon build. First, verify that your copy of Photoshop or your graphics host is updated to the latest version — Adobe has shipped native Apple Silicon builds of Photoshop, Lightroom and other Creative Cloud apps since 2021. If your host is already native, the plugin should work. If you are still running an Intel-only host application under Rosetta 2, update the host first through Creative Cloud or the vendor's update mechanism. Once your host is native, check Topaz Labs' website to confirm that version 4.x of Simplify is compatible with your host app's native build, or consider upgrading to a newer Topaz Simplify version if one exists — Topaz Labs has released native Apple Silicon versions of many of its plugins in recent years. After macOS 28 removes Rosetta 2 in September 2028, any Intel-only plugin running under an Intel-only host will no longer launch, so addressing both the host and the plugin before then is important.
