GoToMyPC Preferences

GoToMyPC Preferences is not a standalone application but a PreferencePane component bundled with the main GoToMyPC remote access app. It cannot be updated separately from the parent application. To ensure you have a version compatible with Apple Silicon and future macOS releases, you need to update the full GoToMyPC application itself. Check LogMeIn's website or use the built-in update mechanism within GoToMyPC (Help → Check for Updates) to install the latest version, which should include an updated or native PreferencePane. If you are still running an Intel-only build of GoToMyPC under Rosetta 2, updating to the latest version from LogMeIn will typically provide better performance and stability. With Apple removing Rosetta 2 support in macOS 28 (September 2028), it is important to verify that your copy of GoToMyPC supports Apple Silicon natively before that date.
