SenseiHelper is a launchDaemon component of Sensei, Cindori's system performance monitoring and optimization app for macOS. Sensei provides hardware monitoring (CPU, GPU, thermal sensors, battery health), disk management (cleaning, benchmarking, S.M.A.R.T. analysis, SSD trim), app uninstallation, and startup optimization features. The helper daemon runs in the background to support real-time performance monitoring and system notifications. A native Apple Silicon build has been confirmed running on Macs in the Rosetta Check community.

1 suggestionSenseiHelper is a background daemon bundled inside the Sensei app, not a separately installable component. To get the native Apple Silicon version of the helper, update Sensei itself to the latest version. Visit cindori.com/sensei and download the current Sensei installer — it is a Universal Binary and will replace your Intel version with the native build. Alternatively, if you obtained Sensei from the Mac App Store, open the App Store and update Sensei through the Updates tab. After updating the main Sensei application, the SenseiHelper daemon will automatically be replaced with its native Apple Silicon counterpart and will provide better performance and battery efficiency.
