This is a helper component of Sophos, not a standalone app. To update this service daemon to a native Apple Silicon build (if available), you must update the parent Sophos security product itself. Open Sophos on your Mac and check for updates through its built-in update mechanism, or visit Sophos's website to download the latest version of your Sophos product (whether that is Sophos Home, Sophos Home Premium, Sophos Central, or another Sophos endpoint protection package). The Sophos installer will automatically replace this service daemon with the native version if your Mac runs Apple Silicon. If you are uncertain which Sophos product you are running, open Sophos and check the About or Help menu for the product name and version number, then visit the Sophos download or support page for that specific product.
