This is an FxPlug component that runs inside Final Cut Pro, not a standalone application. To get a native Apple Silicon version of this transition effect, you need to update Red Giant Universe through Red Giant's installer. Visit redgiantsoftware.com, download the latest Universe installer for macOS, and run it — this will update all Universe plugins including Exposure Blur to their native Apple Silicon builds if they are available in the current release. Make sure your Final Cut Pro is also on a current native build (version 10.8 or newer); older versions of Final Cut Pro may not load updated plugins correctly. If Red Giant has not yet shipped a native version of this specific plugin, contact Red Giant support or check their release notes to confirm native availability before September 2028, when Apple removes Rosetta 2 support.
