This is an FxPlug component that runs inside Final Cut Pro, not a standalone application. To ensure it works as a native Apple Silicon plug-in, you need to update Red Giant Universe through Red Giant's own installer, not through Final Cut Pro's built-in plug-in manager or the Mac App Store. Download and run the latest Red Giant Universe installer from the Red Giant website, which will detect your Mac's architecture and install native arm64 builds of all Universe plug-ins including this one. If you have an older Intel-only version of Universe installed, re-running the current Red Giant Universe installer will replace it with the native build. Make sure your copy of Final Cut Pro itself is also on a recent native build (Final Cut Pro 10.7 or newer), as older versions may not fully support all native plug-in features. Once both Final Cut Pro and Universe are updated to their native builds, this FxPlug will run natively on Apple Silicon without relying on Rosetta 2.
