QuatroMod is an audio unit plugin, not a standalone application, so it is updated through your audio host or the Audiodamage vendor installer, not through a separate download. Check Audiodamage's website for an official installer or plugin manager (many audio plugin vendors provide a dedicated update tool) to ensure you have the native Apple Silicon build. If no dedicated installer exists, you can also update it by reinstalling the host application itself if the host ships native AU plugins.
