FutzBox is a VST3 distortion and noise-generator plugin for creating low-fidelity and degraded versions of audio signals. It is widely used in post-production to simulate radio, telephone, television and other lo-fi sources, and by music producers for creative distortion effects. The plugin includes a library of Synthetic Impulse Models (SIMs) for realistic device emulation, plus configurable filtering, EQ, distortion modes, a noise generator with ducking, and gating.
