ElastiquePitch

ElastiquePitch is a VST plugin, not a standalone application, so it is updated through your host digital audio workstation and the Zplane update mechanism, not through a generic app download. To get a native Apple Silicon build, you will need to install the latest version of ElastiquePitch using Zplane's installer or your DAW's plugin manager. Visit the Zplane website and check whether they offer a native Apple Silicon build of ElastiquePitch; many professional audio plugin vendors have released native builds in recent years, but some older plugins remain Intel-only. If Zplane offers a native build, use their vendor installer to deploy it into your DAW's plugin folder. Your DAW itself must also be running a native Apple Silicon build for the plugin to run natively — if your DAW is still Intel-only under Rosetta, the plugin will too. Given that Apple is removing Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028), it is worth checking Zplane's site now to confirm whether a native version is available or planned, rather than discovering the plugin has stopped working after that deadline.
