PFSATMask

PFSATMask is a Final Cut Pro plugin, not a standalone application, so it cannot be updated independently. To ensure it runs natively on Apple Silicon, you need to update Final Cut Pro itself to the latest version. Final Cut Pro shipped a native Apple Silicon build starting with version 10.4.1 (released in late 2020), and all subsequent releases are Universal Binaries that run natively on M-series Macs. Open Final Cut Pro, go to Final Cut Pro → About Final Cut Pro to check your current version, then visit the Mac App Store and update Final Cut Pro to the latest available build. Once Final Cut Pro is on a current native build, PFSATMask will run natively alongside it. If Pixel Film Studios has not yet released an Apple Silicon-native version of PFSATMask as a plugin, contact them directly to confirm native support — you may need to reinstall the plugin after updating Final Cut Pro. Since Apple is removing Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028), it is important to ensure both Final Cut Pro and all its plugins are on native builds before that deadline.
