Omega N

Omega N is an AAX plugin for Pro Tools and must be updated through Kush's own installer or update mechanism — not through Pro Tools itself or a generic download. To use Omega N on Apple Silicon Macs, you need two things: first, ensure Pro Tools itself is on version 2023.6 or newer (the first native build), and second, confirm that Kush has released a native Apple Silicon version of Omega N. If you have not already done so, contact Kush directly to verify that a native AAX build of Omega N exists and to obtain the installer or update instructions. As of June 2026, you have time to make this transition before Apple removes Rosetta 2 in late 2027, but it is important to confirm the native status with the vendor now rather than waiting until the deadline approaches. Pro Tools' native build can be installed or updated through Avid's Application Manager.
