PIC24G

PIC24G is a system Color Picker extension, not a standalone app, so it cannot be updated separately through the App Store or a vendor download page. It is part of the macOS Color Picker infrastructure and depends on the host system. To ensure PIC24G continues to work on your Mac and has native Apple Silicon support, you will need to update to the latest version of macOS itself—the Color Picker panel and its extensions are updated as part of macOS system updates. Open System Settings > General > Software Update and install the latest macOS your Mac supports. This will provide native Apple Silicon builds of all system extensions, including PIC24G. Since Apple is removing Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028), ensuring you are on the latest macOS will keep your system and all bundled extensions compatible with that release.
