This is an FxPlug component that runs inside Final Cut Pro; it cannot be updated or installed independently. To ensure you have the native Apple Silicon build of Universe_Transitions_Rotate_FXPLUG, first verify that Final Cut Pro itself is running natively on your M-series Mac (open Activity Monitor, select Final Cut Pro, and check the Architecture column — it should say "Apple" not "Intel"). If Final Cut Pro is native, the plugin may still need updating. Download and run the latest Red Giant Installer from Red Giant's website, which will scan your system and update all Red Giant plugins, including the Universe suite, to their current versions. Red Giant has shipped native builds of the Universe plugin suite for several years, so updating through their installer should get you the native version. If you are still on an older Intel-only build of Final Cut Pro, update Final Cut Pro itself first — go to Final Cut Pro > About Final Cut Pro and then check the App Store for updates, or download the latest Final Cut Pro from the Mac App Store directly.
