Ozone 9 Spectral Shaper

Ozone 9 Spectral Shaper is a VST plugin component and is not a standalone application. It is updated through iZotope's Product Portal, the vendor's plugin management and licensing system. To check whether a native Apple Silicon build of the Spectral Shaper is available, open the iZotope Product Portal on your Mac, sign in with your iZotope account, and look for any available updates to Ozone 9 or its components. iZotope has been progressively shipping native Apple Silicon builds of its mixing and mastering tools since 2021, so a native version may already be available through the Product Portal. If an update is offered, install it through the Portal's interface — that is the correct and only supported channel for iZotope plugins. Your DAW must also be running a native Apple Silicon build for the plugin to launch as native, so ensure that your DAW (Ableton, Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools or whichever host you use) is on a current version that supports native plugins. As a general rule, Apple is removing Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028), so any Intel-only plugin will stop working on that release.
