Bite

Bite is a VST plugin component, not a standalone application, and it is maintained by Native Instruments. Update it through Native Instruments' official plugin manager, Native Access — this is the vendor's standard distribution channel for all Native Instruments plugins and instruments. Open Native Access, search for Bite (or Komplete, if you use a suite bundle that includes it), and trigger an update if one is available. Native Access will automatically detect and install the native Apple Silicon build if your Mac is running an M-series processor and your host DAW itself supports native VST plugins. Ensure your host DAW is also running a native build — not all DAWs have shipped native VST support yet, and a plugin's architecture must match its host. If you are unsure whether your DAW supports native VST plugins, check the host vendor's documentation or the plugin in your host's preferences to see whether it loads as arm64 or under Rosetta translation.
