Trilian ships as a VST3 plugin component and is updated through the Spectrasonics Installer, not separately. The good news is that Spectrasonics released native Apple Silicon support for Trilian in 2022 as a free update to all registered users. If you are still running an Intel-only version of Trilian, you need to update it via the Spectrasonics Installer. Launch the Spectrasonics Installer application (which manages all Spectrasonics instruments including Omnisphere, Keyscape, and Stylus RMX), log in with your Spectrasonics account, and select Trilian to download and install the latest native version. Alternatively, if you have an older Spectrasonics account, visit your Spectrasonics User Account page and download the latest Trilian installer from there. The native build will automatically replace the Intel version and you should see significantly improved performance and lower latency. Make sure your DAW itself is also updated to a native Apple Silicon build to fully realize the performance gains.
