AGML2

AGML2 is a VST plugin component, not a standalone app—it runs inside your DAW host. According to reports from the Amplesound community, AGML2 does not yet have a native Apple Silicon build. When you load your DAW on an Apple Silicon Mac, it will run the Intel version under Rosetta 2 if at all. To update AGML2, use Amplesound's installer or update mechanism (typically available at amplesound.net or via direct download from your account). Contact Amplesound directly to ask about their timeline for a native Apple Silicon build, since the Intel version will stop running when Apple removes Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028). In the meantime, make sure your DAW host itself (Ableton Live, Logic Pro, etc.) is on the latest native build—many DAWs now ship universal binaries, and some may offer compatibility modes or alternatives for their bundled instruments.
