This is a launchDaemon helper component from Smith Micro, not a standalone application. It cannot be updated separately. To update this helper to a native Apple Silicon build (if one exists), you must update the parent Smith Micro NetWise application itself through Smith Micro's official installer or update mechanism. Check Smith Micro's website or support page for the latest version of NetWise and follow their installation instructions — this will replace both the main application and any bundled helpers with their current native-capable versions. Since this is a background system component, there is no separate download or App Store update path available.
