elysia niveau filter is a free dynamic EQ plugin for audio production, developed by elysia and distributed by Plugin Alliance. It provides two intuitive controls—EQ gain and EQ frequency—that allow mixing engineers and sound designers to balance the proportions between high and low frequencies on a track. The filter tilts the frequency spectrum by simultaneously boosting frequencies above a center point while reducing those below it (or vice versa), creating a balanced tonal shift without heavy computation. It supports multiple plugin formats including VST2, VST3, AU, and AAX, and is commonly used on individual tracks, buses, or mastering chains to add punch to percussion, reduce harshness from instruments, or create dramatic sound design effects. A native Apple Silicon build has been confirmed running on Macs in the Rosetta Check community.
