This is a helper daemon component bundled inside Omni Group's application updater, not a standalone app. There is nothing to update separately—the privileged helper is automatically updated when you update any Omni Group Mac app that uses the Omni Software Update system. To ensure you have the latest native Apple Silicon-compatible version of the helper, update your Omni Group application itself (OmniFocus, OmniGraffle, OmniOutliner, OmniPlan, or whichever Omni app you use) to its current version. Omni Group has shipped native Apple Silicon (Universal Binary) versions of all currently maintained apps since macOS 11 Big Sur in 2020, so updating your host app will automatically bring in a native version of the updater daemon and all its sub-components.
