VPNHelper is a launchDaemon — a background system component that is part of the larger Jdi VPN application, not a standalone app. There is nothing to update separately. To ensure it has a native Apple Silicon build, update the parent Jdi VPN application itself through the vendor's official installer or update mechanism. Check Jdi's website or contact their support team to confirm that the latest version of Jdi VPN includes native Apple Silicon support. Once the parent VPN app is updated to a native build, the VPNHelper daemon will automatically run natively as well. If you are unsure whether your copy is native or Intel-only, open the main Jdi VPN application and check its version information or About menu — that will tell you whether you have the native build.
