Ozone 8 Vintage Tape

Ozone 8 Vintage Tape is an AAX audio plugin for Avid Pro Tools that emulates the warm, saturating tone of vintage magnetic tape. First, update Pro Tools to version 2023.6 or later via Avid Application Manager — earlier versions do not support native AAX plugins. Then, launch the iZotope Product Portal (or iZotope's installer tool) and download the current Ozone plugin package, which now ships as a native Universal Binary. Once both the host and plugin are updated, the native version will load and run directly on Apple Silicon without Rosetta. Apple is removing Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028), so updating both Pro Tools and your plugins is essential for continued compatibility beyond that date.
