iZotope Ozone 7 Vintage Tape

Ozone 7 Vintage Tape is an AAX plugin that runs inside Pro Tools, not as a standalone application. Its native Apple Silicon support is tied to two factors: (1) Pro Tools itself must be on a native build (Pro Tools 2023.6 or later), and (2) iZotope's plugin must be updated to a native-compatible version through iZotope's own update channel. To get the native Apple Silicon version of this plugin, use the iZotope Product Portal or iZotope Central (iZotope's plugin manager and installer tool) to check for updates and download the latest version. If you are running Pro Tools on an older Intel-only build, upgrading Pro Tools to version 2023.6 or newer will also shift you to the native host, which then allows native plugins to load. iZotope Ozone 7 is an older product line; confirm via the Product Portal that a native build of Vintage Tape exists for your version, as more recent iZotope Ozone versions (8, 9, 10+) receive priority for native updates. If your version does not have a native build yet, contact iZotope support to ask whether one is planned, since the Intel-only plugin will stop loading when Apple removes Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028).
