iZotope Ozone 7 Dynamics

iZotope Ozone 7 Dynamics is an AAX plugin for Pro Tools, not a standalone application, so it is not separately updatable through App Store or generic download. The correct update path depends on your Pro Tools configuration. First, ensure Pro Tools itself is running a native Apple Silicon build (Pro Tools 2023.6 or later). Then, update the Ozone 7 plugin through iZotope's Product Portal installer or iZotope Central. iZotope released native Apple Silicon versions of Ozone starting with version 10 (released 2021), but Ozone 7 is substantially older and was never updated to a native build. If you are still running Ozone 7, it will continue to work under Rosetta 2 within Pro Tools today, but Apple is removing Rosetta 2 in macOS 28 (September 2028), at which point Ozone 7 will no longer function. You should plan to upgrade to a current version of iZotope Ozone (version 10 or later) which includes native Apple Silicon support; current versions run natively within Pro Tools on M-series Macs without any reliance on Rosetta.
