Solid Dynamics

Solid Dynamics is a stereo compressor and gate/expander plugin from Native Instruments, part of the Solid Mix Series. It is designed for dynamic range processing on individual audio channels before they reach the mix bus. The plugin is available as a VST, VST3, Audio Unit and AAX format, making it compatible with a wide range of digital audio workstations and music production software on macOS. It ships as part of Native Instruments' Komplete suite and is used by mixing engineers, producers and mastering professionals.</description> <parameter name="recommendation">Solid Dynamics is a VST plugin from Native Instruments and is updated via Native Instruments' Native Access installer, not through a general product download or host DAW. Native Instruments has confirmed native Apple Silicon support for Solid Dynamics and the rest of the Komplete Effects series. Open Native Access on your Mac, navigate to the Solid Dynamics product page, and install or update the plugin to the latest version. Native Access will automatically serve the native Apple Silicon build on M-series Macs. After updating, your DAW may need to re-scan the plugin folder to detect the newly updated binary, which you can typically trigger through the DAW's preferences or plug-in manager. If you do not yet have Native Access installed, visit the Native Instruments website to download and install it — this is the only supported way to keep Native Instruments plugins current.
