iZotope Ozone 7 Maximizer

Ozone 7 Maximizer is an AAX plugin that runs only within Avid Pro Tools, not as a standalone app. To use a native Apple Silicon build of this plugin, two conditions must be met: first, Pro Tools itself must be updated to version 2023.6 or newer (the first native Apple Silicon release), and second, iZotope Ozone 7 Maximizer must be updated to a native build. Update the plugin through the iZotope Product Portal, which is iZotope's official update and licensing tool — not through Pro Tools itself or the Mac App Store. Visit the iZotope website, log in with your account, and download the latest native build of Ozone 7 Maximizer, then run the installer. Verify that Pro Tools is also on a current native build (Help → About Pro Tools will show the architecture) before launching. If iZotope has not yet released a native Apple Silicon build of Ozone 7 Maximizer, check back periodically at the iZotope Product Portal for an update, keeping in mind that Apple is removing Rosetta 2 support in macOS 28 (September 2028), after which Intel-only plugins will no longer launch on M-series Macs.
