Elysia Niveau Filter is a Plugin Alliance AAX plugin for Pro Tools. To use it on Apple Silicon Macs, first ensure Pro Tools itself is on a native Apple Silicon build — version 2023.6 or later is required, as earlier versions were Intel-only. Then update the plugin itself through Plugin Alliance Installation Manager, which is the official distribution and update channel for all Plugin Alliance plugins including this one. Plugin Alliance has released native Apple Silicon versions of their plugin catalogue, but you must use their installer to get them — simply re-downloading from a generic page will not help. Visit Plugin Alliance's website, download and run their Installation Manager, select this plugin, and let it install or update to the native arm64 build. Once both Pro Tools and the Niveau Filter plugin are native, you will see better performance and battery life. If you have not yet upgraded Pro Tools to 2023.6 or later, do that first through Avid's application manager.
